About Bucked Up:
Bucked Up is a leading lifestyle and nutrition brand committed to empowering athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday individuals with high-quality supplements, energy drinks and gear. We believe in the relentless pursuit of excellence, and our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the industry.
About the Role
Bucked Up is looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to run day-to-day operations at our Content House — the creative hub where our content, studio, and gym teams work. This role is the backbone of the space: you keep everything stocked, clean, coordinated, and running so the team can focus on doing what they do best. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating order, and want to be part of a high-energy brand, this one's for you.
What You'll Do
FACILITY & SPACE MANAGEMENT
- Manage and maintain all shared spaces — breakroom, conference rooms, quiet room, restrooms, storage closets, gym, and studio — ensuring they stay clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Assist in cleaning content spaces and gym when needed, stepping in to keep areas shoot-ready and team-ready
- Maintain and update the Conference Room and Quiet Room sign-up sheets weekly (every Friday for the following week)
SUPPLIES & ORDERING
- Own supply ordering and inventory management: breakroom essentials, coffee supplies, paper goods, cleaning products, office supplies, first aid, and emergency items
- Manage the energy drink fridge, including placing variety orders through the Asana order form when inventory reaches ~30 cases (minimum 100-case orders)
- Keep the Supply Cabinet organized and secured with proper checkout/return of shared equipment
- Ensure all purchases are approved before ordering; most orders are placed via Amazon or Ramp card
CONTENT SUPPORT
- Assist in photoshoots when needed — helping the content team run shoots smoothly and efficiently
- Shop for props and supplies for photoshoots as requested, sourcing items on time and on budget
- Pick up products from the AF warehouse and HQ to support shoot prep and team needs
FRONT OF HOUSE
- Answer the door and greet all Content House visitors, creating a welcoming first impression for guests, partners, and team members
- Greet and direct sales representatives professionally and efficiently
- Receive and log deliveries, ensuring packages are sorted and distributed to the right teams or storage areas
- Work with the Warehouse team on deliveries — coordinating on incoming shipments to ensure items are properly received, routed, and accounted for
- Coordinate with building contacts (property management, maintenance, pest control, cleaning services) as the primary point of contact
TEAM & COMMUNICATIONS
- Provide onsite support to team members across departments — a go-to resource for day-to-day needs
- Send routine team communications via the CH group chat: fridge cleaning reminders, cupboard cleanouts, and general space announcements
- Coordinate with Content, Gym, and Studio team leads on space-specific needs and keep those areas up to general standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you notice when things are low, off, or out of place before anyone else does
- Proactive communicator who can manage multiple vendor relationships and internal stakeholders without dropping the ball
- Comfortable taking initiative and owning your space — you don't need to be told twice and you don't wait to be asked
- Prior office management, facilities coordination, or operations experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required — this role involves pickups from the AF warehouse and HQ
- Positive, high-energy attitude that fits a fast-moving, creative workplace
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Amazon Business, or similar ordering/task platforms is a plus
A Few Things to Know
This is a fully onsite role — the Content House runs on having someone present and engaged. You'll be the face of the space for team members and vendors alike, working cross-functionally with department leads across content, gym, studio, warehouse, and marketing ops.
If you're someone who gets energy from keeping things tight, supporting a creative team, and being the person everyone counts on — we want to hear from you.
