Responsibilities

  • Build, monitor, and optimize marketing project timelines within Asana, ensuring clear ownership, task dependencies, and communications across all ongoing campaigns and projects 
  • Assist with the development and tactical deployment of national marketing initiatives and unique local restaurant concept promotions, keeping all activities strictly aligned with the company’s creative vision 
  • Partner with the internal marketing teams and external public relations agencies, serving as the central connective person, to project-manage comprehensive strategies and tactics from concept to conclusion  
  • Monitor ticket sales, revenue metrics, and key performance indicators to ensure project goals and financial targets are met 
  • Coordinate the development and execution of critical project collateral, including comprehensive planning documents, marketing campaign recaps, and promotional one-sheets  
  • Collaborate closely with operational leadership and regional field marketing teams to organize media visits, chef-led culinary events, and interactive experiences that build public awareness 
  • Ensure all project timelines and marketing executions translate directly into measurable financial results, tracking performance metrics to drive increased restaurant sales 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not required 
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience within an advertising agency, restaurant group, or hospitality business; proven project management experience within the hospitality space is required 
  • Strong experience utilizing Asana or similar enterprise PM tools to manage complex cross-functional projects, build templates, and track deliverables 
  • Solid foundational knowledge of creative review processes, copywriting, social media landscape, and digital media platforms 
  • Highly data-driven and result-oriented, with a clear understanding of the linkage between marketing tactics and financial performance. 
  • Ability to travel as needed to support regional property growth, new openings, and localized marketing initiatives
