What We Need:  
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team. 
  
As a Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute projects to deliver breakthrough business processes and technology solutions in alignment with corporate strategies. This role encompasses all aspects of a project which may include defining the scope, developing/managing the project schedule, assigning and working on tasks, risk mitigation, ensuring quality through testing criteria and accepting accountability for results.  
 
What You Will Do:  
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects including budget, timeline, risk management, deliverables, quality, and change control.
  • Act as a liaison between requestors and creative/brand marketing team to understand project requirements.
  • Provide structure to ensure project objectives are achieved from both a creative and business perspective.
  • Build relationships with internal clients and external partners to deliver projects that are on-brand and on-time.
  • Develop contingency plans to ensure projects are successfully delivered in the instance of unexpected challenges or to meet changing project needs.
  • Build upon established processes to improve project workflow and communication.
  • Track and report metrics of creative team’s progress and work output.
  • Develop insight and recommendations that will deliver results and create efficiency.
  • Participates in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
What You Have:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism, creative writing, or business preferred.
  • One year of related experience is preferred.
