About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and versatile Marketing Specialist to execute high-impact campaigns that generate leads, drive sales, and strengthen our brand. This role owns marketing campaigns end-to-end—from strategy and execution to optimization and performance reporting.
You’ll play a key role in building integrated, multi-channel campaigns while collaborating across teams to deliver measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design, launch, and optimize full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Align digital and traditional tactics to guide customers from awareness through conversion
- Turn engagement into qualified leads and measurable results
Project & Campaign Management
- Own campaigns from concept through execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision
- Ensure campaigns meet business objectives and quality standards
Performance & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Use data to uncover insights and continuously improve results
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Leverage and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems for:
- Lead nurturing
- Segmentation and targeting
- Scoring and conversion workflows
Innovation & AI Integration
- Use AI tools to create personalized content, scale outreach, and improve engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Legal, and IT
- Ensure campaigns are compliant, aligned, and effective across the business
Additional Responsibilities
- Support brand consistency across all campaigns
- Ensure clear communication of campaign updates and performance
- Contribute to ongoing marketing improvements and initiatives
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on marketing experience (demand generation preferred)
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (digital + traditional)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Work Environment
This role operates in a traditional office setting, with standard equipment and extended periods of computer-based work.
