Job Description

We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing manager, broker, and real estate agents with utilizing our in-house Matterport camera to scan properties, fly a drone, and assist the office with transaction coordination. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. If you can’t wait to get started, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Use our in-house Matterport camera to photograph and scan all of our real estate properties
  • Fly a drone to capture video and still photography
  • Support the agents with on-site marketing
  • Support the broker in managing marketing and the transaction process
  • Learn how to leverage AI to create photos and videos
  • FAA Drone license preferred but not required

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
  • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity

Compensation

$18 - $20 hourly
