**$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS**

MUST BE AVAILABLE AND WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing professional massage therapy services to guests; ensuring individual needs are met. The Massage Therapist must have knowledge of all services, packages, and products offered and maintain continuing education for exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a current Georgia Massage Therapy License.

- Must be service-oriented, personable and well-organized.

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate and embody the Corporate Culture, Vision, Values and Goals.

- Provide exceptional massage therapy services to guests.

- Ensure proper knowledge of Spa services, packages, and retail products.

- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

- Adhere to scheduling and perform services punctually.

- Comply with OSHA standards and safety policies.

- Assist in up to 6 massages per shift if needed.

- Participate in Spa activities and events.

- Assist in cleaning and resetting treatment rooms.

- Provide post-treatment recommendations to guests.

- Refrain from smoking on the premises.

- Report any instances of harassment to management promptly.

- Be flexible with work schedule according to business needs.
