In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our Warehouse team, to keep production moving by efficiently unloading, picking and storing materials while always maintaining accuracy and safety. But beyond the tasks, you’ll be joining a workplace that prioritizes:

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Shipping & Receiving
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Unload materials from trucks, rail cars, and flatbeds.
- Assemble and prepare shipping containers, apply labels, and ensure proper documentation.
- Deliver products to production lines or loading areas.
- Oversee Framing and Finish pack shipping and loading.
- Inventory Management
- Perform cycle counts and spot checks.
- Ensure accurate storage of materials and products.
- Reduce scrap materials through return policy compliance.
- Maintain a 97% inventory accuracy rate.
- Quality Control
- Receive, inspect, and verify accuracy of all incoming products.
- Ensure materials meet quality and safety standards before storage or delivery.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with production lines and managers to support workflow.
- Promote high standards of customer service.
- Communicate errors, discrepancies, or needs in a timely manner.
- Equipment & Safety
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- Promote company values by leading through conduct, attitude, and motivation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft suite
- Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience a plus
- Forklift certified
- Ability to diagnose and correct errors in a timely manner
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility and dependability

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
