Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Demold composite parts using a hydraulic puller.
- Complete all required production and operational paperwork accurately and timely.
- Operate an overhead crane in a safe and efficient manner.
- Move pallets and materials using a pallet jack.
- Labor parts in and out using the data collection system.
- Close production orders and create labels as required.
- Return tooling to the proper storage location after use.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to help determine production priorities.
- Maintain 5S standards and support workplace organization.
- Follow all departmental procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and work rules.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience:
- No prior experience required.
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic ability to complete paperwork and production documentation accurately.
- Ability to safely use equipment such as a hydraulic puller, overhead crane, and pallet jack.
- Basic computer or data entry skills for labor tracking and production order processing.
- Ability to work effectively with team members and other departments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift 45lbs.
- Must be able to wear all required PPE.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in both hot and cold conditions.
- Must be able to work around different types of resins and composite materials.
- Must be able to work around chemicals and solvents such as acetone, releasing agents and various cleaning supplies.
