Job Summary
The MDS Coordinator position at Vantage in Andover is responsible for coordinating and completing accurate resident assessments in compliance with state and federal regulations. The MDS Coordinator works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support quality care outcomes and reimbursement accuracy.

MDS Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete MDS assessments and care plans

  • Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
