About the Internship

We are opening a 3-month Internship for people who want to pursue a career in Media Buying


Not sure what a media buyer does? Go find out. We like people who take that first step on their own.


This is a paid, full-time, office-based program built around real work, not observation.

You will learn our brands, our platforms, and our approach to performance marketing, and then begin contributing to live campaigns with guidance and feedback at every stage. 

Interns who complete the program successfully may be offered full-time employment at emater. This is a genuine entry point into our team.

What You'll Learn and Do

  • Learn how we plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and begin assisting with live campaigns.
  • Develop an understanding of audience targeting strategies and how they align with campaign objectives.
  • Learn to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Partner with our creative team to brief, develop, and iterate ad copies and video creatives.
  • Learn the fundamentals of A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-performing creatives and messaging.
  • Analyze performance data with a focus on key metrics
  • Help prepare clear reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Understand how media budgets are allocated, tracked, and adjusted based on performance.
  • Learn to use AI-powered tools for audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget optimization (e.g., Meta Advantage+, Performance Max), and stay curious about how AI continues to reshape digital marketing.

  • Near-native knowledge of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in paid media, performance marketing, and digital advertising.
  • An analytical mindset and curiosity about performance data, with a desire to learn.
  • Comfort with numbers and a willingness to dig into metrics.

  • Familiarity/experience with AI tools.
