Position Summary: To provide medical assistant support and excellent patient care in our Facial Centers.



Duties and Responsibilities:



· Greet clients and review client history



· Address client concerns with professionalism



· Ensure proper documentation, including appropriate consent forms and post-treatment care



· Prepare, maintain, and stock treatment rooms



· Provide follow-up instructions and schedule follow up appointments



· Present future treatment options, product recommendations and cross-marketing opportunities



· Client follow up



· Maintain proper sanitation techniques in treatment rooms and with instruments



· Attending staff meetings and scheduled trainings



· Marketing at service events



· Keep licensure and continuing education requirements up to date



· Complete takes additional task as assigned by Manager
