Overview
If you're the person who loves keeping things organized, enjoy connecting the dots across multiple teams, and somehow keep five projects moving without breaking a sweat, this role might be for you.
As our Medical & Clinical Affairs Specialist, you'll work across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial to help advance clinical and medical initiatives, partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support selected clinical research activities, develop educational materials and medical resources for healthcare professionals, and keep important projects moving forward.
No two days are exactly alike—and we wouldn't want it any other way.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activities, including contracts, logistics, communications, and all the moving pieces in between.
- Help bring medical events to life, including speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences, and educational events.
- Develop, organize, and manage medical and clinical content, including educational materials, presentations, dossiers, and supporting documentation.
- Review, edit, and contribute to clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
- Respond to routine Medical Affairs inquiries and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to provide timely, evidence-based information.
- Support post-market evidence generation activities and selected clinical research initiatives, including study coordination, documentation, and clinical data support.
- Pitch in wherever needed. In a small company, teamwork and flexibility go a long way.
