Description
Position Summary:
No experience? No problem — great healthcare starts with great people like you. If you're looking for a career where no two days look the same, and every single one makes a difference, we want to hear from you.
At Elevated Community Health, you'll step into a supportive, team-based environment where you'll be trained, mentored, and set up to thrive. From day one, you'll play a hands-on role in patient care: preparing exam rooms, collecting vital signs, documenting in the EHR, assisting with procedures, and helping patients understand their care. You'll move quickly, but never at the expense of compassion — every person who walks through our doors deserves to feel seen, respected, and cared for.
This role lives at the heart of our three organizational pillars — Access, Stewardship, and Quality. That means reducing barriers so more people can get the care they need, using resources thoughtfully, and helping drive clinical outcomes our patients can count on. As part of a nationally recognized FQHC delivering integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services, you'll be contributing to something much bigger than any one appointment.
If you're ready to launch a healthcare career with a team that will invest in you every step of the way, this is your starting line.
