Join a Team That Helps Build Families

At InVia Fertility Specialists, we do more than provide medical care — we help people achieve one of life's most profound dreams. Our state-of-the-art clinics combine cutting-edge reproductive medicine with genuine, compassionate support, because we know fertility treatment is as emotional as it is clinical. Every member of our team plays a real role in those life-changing outcomes.

We're looking for a caring, driven Medical Assistant (full time) to join our clinical team in Rockford and Hoffman Estates — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about women's health and the patients we serve.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm, with weekend rotation and working within our Rockford and Hoffman Estates locations.

What You'll Do

You'll be a vital part of the care team by not just completing tasks, but meaningfully supporting patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting clinical staff across all phases of infertility treatment

  • Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection

  • Supporting physicians during procedures

  • Managing patient communication and telephone triage

  • Coordinating procedure scheduling and room preparation

  • Serving as a key liaison between clinical staff and the lab

  • Reviewing lab results with physicians and following up with patients

  • Preparing treatment documents and completing insurance health forms

  • Supporting patient education on fertility care and surgical procedures

  • Documenting all patient interactions accurately in the EMR

  • Developing a working knowledge of ultrasound equipment

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in a medical setting (women's health experience a plus)

  • Phlebotomy certification preferred — we'll provide training if needed

  • Associate degree in a medical field preferred

  • Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills

  • A calm, empathetic presence and strong communication skills

  • Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and travel to nearby clinic locations

What's In It For You

Compensation: $20 –$24/hour, based on experience

We invest in the people who invest in our patients. Benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • HSA & FSA options

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Paid time off

  • Short-term disability & voluntary long-term disability

  • Voluntary life insurance + a complimentary life insurance policy

  • Critical illness coverage

And beyond the benefits package — you'll come to work every day knowing your efforts are directly tied to helping families grow. Our team is collaborative, mission-driven, and genuinely supportive of one another.

If you're ready to bring your skills to a place where they truly matter, we'd love to hear from you.
