Responsibilities:
- Handle all clinical duties in a timely manner.
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.
- Care Management via telephone, assessing patients' needs, coordinating services, and supporting patients.
- Taking patient vitals.
- Refilling prescriptions & medication reconciliation.
- Perform EKGs.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the healthcare field.
- Familiarity with medical procedures.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- EPIC knowledge is a plus.
