We are currently seeking a dynamic Medical Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position (Monday–Friday) offers significant growth opportunities within our organization.
In this role, you will work closely with our physicians, medical assistants, and front office staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients during check-in and check-out.
- Assisting with patient triage and medical procedures.
- Transcribing medical records and managing room clean-up.
- Coordinating patient care effectively and professionally.
- Prior Authorizations for procedures and medications.
We currently have six office locations: Cumming, Decatur, Lawrenceville, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Smyrna. While the typical weekly schedule for this position is outlined below, please note that travel to any of our locations may be required for coverage:
- Monday: Smyrna
- Tuesday: Sandy Springs
- Wednesday: Decatur
- Thursday: Sandy Springs
- Friday: Sandy Springs
