About the Medical Assistant (MA) Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Medical Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and wants to be part of a practice that's growing. Our perfect candidate is a detail-oriented, hardworking, and compassionate professional who combines excellent clinical skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with physicians and staff, and provide care with compassion. Medical Assistant certification and/or medical office experience is preferred, but not required.

Major Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Intaking patients and measuring vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height); Obtaining patient protected healthcare information (PHI) as needed
- Recording information on patients' charts and maintaining accurate medical records
- Preparing treatment rooms for examination of patients
- Assisting physicians and other clinical staff during patient examinations and procedures
- Taking inventory and ordering medical supplies and materials
- Supporting the clinical and operations teams by filling in wherever necessary
- Showing up as a team player: with a positive attitude, takes initiative and ownership over the role
