- Assists nursing staff by checking in patients, pulling charts for nursing needs, transporting patients, stocking supplies, cleaning rooms, etc.
- Assist Office Personnel by answering multi line phones, putting charts together, pull and send medical records, filing dictation, charts, reports, etc.
- Utilizes oral and written communication in a timely, appropriate and relevant manner to facilitate work operations
- Stocks patients rooms, stocks procedure rooms with appropriate supplies; and operates equipment safely and according to manufacturer/clinic guidelines
- Cleans patient care equipment and supplies between each patient
- Maintains a neat and clean environment in clinic rooms, front office and equipment at all times
