We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Medical Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.



Schedule Options




  • Wednesday–Saturday coverage: Four 10-hour shifts

  • Monday–Friday school-based coverage: Five 8-hour shifts



What You'll Do




  • Room and prepare patients for provider visits

  • Assist providers during exams and procedures

  • Perform Point-of-Care testing and venipuncture

  • Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications per protocol

  • Manage prescription refill requests and follow up on labs and testing

  • Schedule appointments and support patient communication

  • Maintain exam room cleanliness, supplies, and inventory

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care



What We're Looking For




  • Strong communication and patient service skills

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical setting

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care

  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) environment
