We are seeking an experienced, highly professional, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. Prior medical office experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Register new patients and update existing records with exceptional accuracy
- Manage high-volume appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Verify insurance eligibility, interpret benefits, and collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances
- Process referrals, medical records requests, and prior authorizations as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper medical telephone etiquette
- Maintain an organized, HIPAA-compliant front office environment
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Assist with billing support and documentation as required
- Manage office supply inventory and assist with product tracking
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a medical office setting — REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 50+ WPM
- Strong working knowledge of medical insurance, billing processes, referrals, and authorizations
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred
- Prior experience using RXNT EMR preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset
