Location: Tomah | Full-time 40 hours per week
1st Community Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Member Service Representative II (MSR II) to join our team. In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering exceptional service while helping members with their financial needs and supporting daily branch operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide prompt, professional service to members in person, by phone, and via email
- Process transactions accurately and maintain balanced cash systems, including TCRs
- Open and service savings and checking accounts; verify membership eligibility
- Assist with account maintenance, debit card services, wire requests, and general inquiries
- Support branch operations, including opening/closing, ATMs, night deposits, and mail transactions
- Resolve member concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience as an MSR I or equivalent experience in a financial institution
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
