Position Summary:
The Associate, Member Success is an entry-level role on the Convening Recruitment team that supports the execution of member engagement, recruitment, and attendance activities across a portfolio of programs. This role is responsible for high-volume outreach execution, registration coordination, data tracking, and logistical support to ensure accurate and timely delivery of member-facing activities.
Working under the direction of a Manager, this role plays a critical part in enabling strong participation outcomes by maintaining organized systems, executing against defined processes, and supporting a high-quality member experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Primary Job Duties:
- Execute member outreach activities across assigned programs, including email campaigns, follow-ups, and scheduling support, in alignment with defined engagement strategies.
- Registration execution, including attendee tracking, data entry, bio collection, and coordination of logistics such as hotel and event details.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and tracking systems, ensuring data integrity across recruitment pipelines and participation metrics.
- Track member participation and attendance, proactively flagging gaps or inconsistencies to Manager.
- Coordinate scheduling for member calls, meetings, and outreach efforts, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist in preparing member communications and materials to support engagement and recruitment efforts.
- Provide logistical and operational support for program execution, ensuring all details are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with Member Success team and cross-functional partners (Events, Marketing, Program teams) to support recruitment campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Support weekly team processes, including tracking action items, updating reports, and preparing status updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in workflows, tools, and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 0–1 years of experience in a professional, internship, or customer-facing environment
- Interest in the Healthcare Industry
- Ability to come into the office 2 days a week (hybrid opening)
