Job description:
The Guestbook is the world's largest and fastest-growing loyalty program for independent and boutique brand hotels. Seeking a passionate Member Support team member to join, this role involves not only telling our compelling story but also actively shaping the future of Company initiatives. As a Member Support Specialist, the position focuses on cultivating relationships with our Members to ensure satisfaction with our program.
This is a part-time role ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and clear expectations. Availability to work on weekends is required. This position will report to the Member Support Manager.
At the Guestbook, the Member Support Specialist will manage and process significant amounts of data, including numerical values, customer inquiries, and daily reservation related tasks. A successful candidate will be someone who is diligent, flexible, detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary contact for Members through the various products offered
- Process Member inquiries and rewards
- Collaborate with the development team to report and troubleshoot technical issues raised by Members
- Provide insights to Members to ensure they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow and retain our customer base
- Assist Members via email, telephone, and LiveChat
- Support across the organization to assist with data entry related responsibilities
What you'll bring:
- Familiarity with hotel operations background or knowledge in the hospitality industry will be considered favorably
- Proficiency in navigating and operating diverse computer systems
- Proven data entry working experience with proficiency in 10 key
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communicator in both client interactions and across internal teams
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
- Additional language fluency is a plus
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule & Work Location:
- Expected schedule is approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the availability to work on weekends required. From time to time, travel may be requested for company retreats or in-person team meetings.
- This role is remote, with flexibility for in-person collaboration if the candidate is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
