What You Will Do:
•    Serve as staff liaison and Regional Administrator to four Regional Boards within the Legal Marketing Association
•    Provide administrative support, including managing member support inboxes and responding to daily inquiries related to local events, membership and volunteer opportunities
•    Assist with regional and local events, overseeing registration for in person and virtual events, hosting webinars, drafting promotional emails, traveling on site to approximately 2-4 events per year
•    Coordinate and maintain financial projects, such as membership dues, expense reimbursements and invoice payments
•    Enter and update records, manage rosters, and maintain data accuracy in the database

Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience
•    1-2 years relevant professional experience, to include customer service and/or administrative support experience
•    Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Ability to travel 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:  
•    Practical agency or nonprofit experience is a plus
•    Database management experience is a plus

Smithbucklin is a hybrid work environment with in-office days established as Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.  Employees will work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project deadlines.
 
Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations. The expected pay for this role is $55,000
