Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the community’s Memory Care Program while
    meeting or exceeding the community’s service standards and program goals and
    philosophy
  • Assess residents in the Memory Care Program to understand their individual
    needs in collaboration with family members
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal and
    local regulations and set the standard of excellence of the Memory Care
    Neighborhood and the community, demonstrating respect and compassion of the
    residents, their families, staff, and visitors
  • Coordinate resident activities of memory care,
    care planning, and quality improvement, and infection control
  • Leads
    the Care team by treating the staff and residents with a high level of respect
    and dignity

Qualifications

  • At least one (1) year experience in managing a
    memory care environment
  • Knowledge
    of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia and ability to manage and
    coordinate multiple and diverse tasks and services
  • Education: College degree
  • Valid driver’s license
