About the Department
Assists the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee food and beverage concession operations at public gatherings, sporting events, concerts, and other events within the MetraPark complex. Supervises, trains, and schedules part-time concession staff; prepares and sells concession food and beverage items; manages concession inventory; and is accountable for cash handling and financial sales reconciliation. Helps manage the preferred caterers list and coordinates with approved caterers on event needs. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.

Position Duties
- Supervises, schedules, and trains part-time concession staff;
- Adjusts the staffing levels during events based on attendance and sales volume;
- Prepares and serves concession food and beverage items;
- Orders, receives, stores, and accounts for concession inventory;
- Transports concession supplies between buildings and event locations as needed;
- Ensures compliance with sanitary food handling practices and general cleanliness of concession areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience/Training:
- High School Diploma; and
- One (1) year experience in food service, catering, concession operations, or related experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Serve Safe Certification within six (6) month probationary period.
- Must pass a criminal and driving background check and meet any County-specific employment eligibility standards.
