Position Overview
We are seeking a collaborative, relationship-oriented, and visionary leader to serve as our Middle School Principal. The successful candidate will bring integrity, a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a proven ability to connect with and engage a diverse student and staff population. As the principal, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for student achievement, instructional programs, and daily school operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality educational experience aligned with the district's strategic goals. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or a related field required.
- Certification: Valid Pennsylvania Administrative Certificate (Principal K-12 or Secondary Principal) required.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in public education as a teacher or administrator.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills paired with superior written and oral communication skills are required.
- Core Competencies: Strong emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of collaborative decision-making, and a deep commitment to equity and belonging. Candidates must possess good moral character and demonstrate leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, teachers, and families.
