Ford Mobile Service Technician
Technicians will examine vehicles to determine the nature and cause of the service or repair needed, perform the service or repair, and communicate with the customer. This can include maintenance, visual inspection, and removal of parts and attachments. Installation with the help of proper manuals, report writing, disassembly, assembly, parts reuse evaluation, and reconditioning.

Mobile Service Technician Responsibilities
- Commute via Mobile Service Van to customers’ homes or work and perform service and repairs.
- Consult with customers on work to be performed such as
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Open and invoice repair order
- Complete vehicle inspection report
- Diagnosis and repair of vehicle
- Collect and process payments from clients
- Provide excellent customer service while remembering that our customer’s perspective comes first.
- This position will require certification from Ford Motor Company which McRee Ford will facilitate.
- This position will also require the use of our DMS system, CDK. McRee Ford will provide training.
