What You'll Do

As a Multifamily Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the current and future residents' experience of the Indus brand. 


You'll partner closely with the Indus Cares Foundation, Operations, Marketing, and community teams to:


Drive Digital Marketing Success

  • Create and manage engaging content across social media, email, websites, and digital platforms
  • Support digital advertising campaigns and audience growth strategies
  • Monitor online reputation platforms including Google, Yelp, Apartment Ratings, and other review sites
  • Assist with website updates, content management, and promotional campaigns

Bring Communities to Life

  • Coordinate property photo and video shoots
  • Help tell the unique story of each community through compelling visual and written content
  • Support new community acquisitions and website launches
  • Assist with marketing campaigns that increase occupancy, engagement, and resident retention

Use Data to Drive Decisions

  • Analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Track lead sources, website performance, and campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct audits to ensure marketing systems, tracking numbers, and reporting tools are functioning properly
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve results

Support Strategic Initiatives

  • Partner with community teams to identify creative marketing and leasing strategies
  • Participate in weekly leasing and performance meetings
  • Research and implement innovative marketing tools and technologies
  • Help support company events, conferences, meetings, and community engagement activities
  • Provide marketing support for the Indus Cares Foundation and other organizational initiatives
Requirements

What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience in multifamily organizations
  • Valid state driver's license

Preferred Experience

  • Multifamily housing property management organizations 
  • Social media management and paid advertising campaigns
  • Content creation, photography coordination, and video marketing
  • Website management and digital campaign execution

Technical Skills

  • Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and related tools
  • Google Analytics and digital marketing reporting
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM, property management, or marketing automation platforms (RealPage, Knock, Grace Hill, etc.)
