In the National Consulting Marketing Senior Associate role, you will work with the Healthcare Consulting (HCC) Consulting Marketing Leader (CML) to develop strategic marketing plans, implement campaigns, and execute event/sponsorship strategies that accelerate revenue growth, enable business development efforts, and enhance the Forvis Mazars name and brand recognition through an education-based marketing approach. This position will support our HCC practice unit, which includes Healthcare Strategy & Finance, Performance Improvement, and Specialty Reimbursement service lines—and it plays a key role in equipping client-facing teams with insights, tools, and targeted opportunities to drive account expansion. This role will also support the Healthcare Segment marketing and business development initiatives as determined by HCC’s Consulting Marketing Leader (CML).
What You Will Do:
Work with HCC CML on revenue-generating marketing ideas, opportunities, and new solution rollouts.
Support day‐to‐day operations and may lead strategic initiatives.
Supports the management and execution of marketing, branding, and communications efforts, to include specific marketing channels (i.e., content, social media, email, SEO, website, events, videos, webinars, podcast, public relations, etc.), initiatives, tasks, and special assignments
Workfront Project Management: Lead workstreams within HCC projects, ensuring deliverables are met within established timelines.
CRM data entry and developing dashboards and best practices for stakeholders and client-facing staff to review the pipeline regularly. This includes campaign management, pulling, scrubbing, and coding prospect/client lists as needed.
Stakeholder & vendor management: serves as a key contact for internal clients, manages relationships, and coordinates with internal and external partners for seamless execution.
Schedule and facilitate kickoff calls for major initiatives, including firm-hosted webinars, event activities, and other lead generation campaigns
Coordinate marketing, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership activities through national associations and publications
Supports content development: create marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, social content, and thought leadership pieces in accordance with Forvis Mazars’ brand and style guide. Updates content for industry and services webpages, including HCC’s pitchbook and other related marketing collateral
Supports tracking of practice development budget and event R.O.I.
Research & analysis: Leverages Power BI marketing dashboards and conducts research and due diligence on key marketing initiatives, such as industry/market research and events, to identify trends, analyze campaign performance, and report ROI to drive optimizations.
Assist with internal and external conference planning, logistics, and onsite booth staffing. Maintains event calendars/folders and project timelines.
Develop a specialized skill set in one or more functional areas
Own portions of the marketing and events strategies, and special projects, as determined by the CML
Facilitate the content and manage reviews of a monthly newsletter
Actively participate in Consulting Marketing team meetings to collaborate, share ideas, and best practices with other team members
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of relevant marketing experience
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and clear, professional communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (three days in-office) with flexibility to travel for internal initiatives and external marketing efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within a professional services firm
Familiarity with CRM systems
