With general direction, this position is responsible for fostering new customer relationships while maintaining current and supporting field operations in the aircraft deicing sector. Maintains key marketing/sales contacts with both domestic and foreign entities. Evaluates new initiatives and business opportunities. Directs the development of short- and long-range objectives and recommends goals to higher management. Identifies customer needs, performs market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and recommends business plans.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies potential customers to develop and grow partnerships with while maintaining existing relationships, including consortium operations/central deicing facilities.
- Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities and provides input for strategic direction.
- Creates customer and industry presentations.
- May prepare and present company product briefings and conducts facilities tours for visitors.
- Assists in supplying business and product development input and administrative control for specific projects within the group.
- Coordinates travel activities including customer site visits, participation in trade shows and other industry events.
- Provides support for aircraft deicing field operations.
- Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices. Additional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field and six or more years progressively complex marketing/sales experience. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Must demonstrate a complete understanding of marketing/sales concepts, techniques, and standards and experience demonstrating a broad application of those concepts.
- Must possess:
- The ability to contribute to the development of new processes or systems and communicate new concepts;
- The ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop innovative solutions to a variety of complex marketing/sales issues;
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including senior management and senior external parties;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide all levels of employees, including senior managers and senior external parties;
- The ability to effectively and efficiently initiate, plan, and manage projects;
- The ability to represent the company on external projects
- Strong computer, documentation and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required (approximately 80% travel).
