Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Vactor (Combo Cleaner ) Operator to join our Phoenix, AZ team on the night shift. This role involves operating combination cleaner (Vactor) trucks for sewer and storm drain cleaning. Training may occur on the day shift before transitioning to nights. Night shift work is typically Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days. Overtime may be required, and occasional overnight travel may be needed. Night shift hours receive an additional $2.00 per hour.
What You’ll Do
Drive and operate sewer-cleaning pump trucks safely and efficiently
Perform diagnostics and general maintenance of waste systems
Conduct pre-shift vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in proper working order
Operate all equipment safely and in compliance with company procedures
Perform related duites and special projects as assigned
Overnight travel may be required
Required Qualifications
Valid CDL License with tanker endorsement
Previous experience working with pipelines strongly preferred
Clean driving record for the past 3-5 years
Ability to pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screening
Commitment to safety and quality performance
Work Schedule
Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Overtime as needed
