The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations during the night shift and supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations. This role focuses on supervision, quality control, training, and employee engagement, ensuring custodial services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.
The ideal candidate is people-oriented, detail-focused, and experienced in supervising janitorial teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and inspect nightly janitorial operations to ensure work is completed properly, safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate and assign custodial duties to night-shift employees.
Act as the on-site point of contact during the night shift in the absence of the Project Manager.
Conduct training for janitorial staff and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Maintain site security and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Enforce company policies, safety programs, and personnel procedures.
Prepare basic reports and respond promptly to customer requests or concerns.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and company safety guidelines.
Promote a positive work environment with high employee morale and engagement.

Minimum Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience supervising large janitorial or custodial teams (required).
License: Valid driver’s license (required).
Background Check: Criminal background record check (required).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
