About Harriet's Hamburgers

Harriet's Hamburgers is a better-burger concept restaurant built on great food and hospitality-driven culture. We believe the best meal comes with a side of kindness — and that starts with the team we build. We're opening a brand-new location in Davidson, NC, and we're looking for passionate, people-first individuals to join us from the ground up.

We are currently hiring for all front-of-house and back-of-house roles, including:


Front of House

• Guest Service Team Member

• Cashier / Order Taker

• Food Runner / Expo

• Dining Room Attendant

• Shift Lead


Back of House & Leadership

• Line Cook

• Prep Cook

• Dishwasher / Kitchen Support

• Kitchen Manager (Chef)

• Assistant General Manager

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome

• Reliability and a team-first mindset

• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus — but not required, we'll train the right people

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for select leadership roles)


Average Rate: $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)

Requirements

  • • Prior customer service experience
  • • A true “people person”providing exceptional and gracious service
  • • Experience working with a Point of Sale system
  • • Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • • Competency in counting money and processing payments
  • • Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
