Earn up to $18/hour in your first 90 days

• Start at $15/hour
• Earn up to $17/hour within 90 days based on performance
• Average +$1/hour in commission incentives

We’re hiring now to replace team members heading to college this fall, which means:

• You’re stepping into a well-run, stable environment

• You’ll help coach newer team members and keep shifts running smoothly

Goal: Fully staffed with fully trained team members by the end of August.

What This Job Actually Is

This is not detailing. You are helping lead a high-efficiency automatic wash operation.

As a Team Lead, you help manage the shift, support the team, and make sure the site operates to standard. You are expected to lead by example, communicate clearly, and help keep the team accountable throughout the day.

You will:

• Help open, run, and close shifts
• Position team members and adjust the plan as the day changes
• Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
• Keep operations moving efficiently and smoothly
• Monitor equipment and handle minor issues
• Support cash handling, register use, and basic transaction procedures
• Coach team members on customer interactions, membership awareness, and job execution
• Hold the team accountable to checklists, cleaning standards, and site expectations
• Communicate issues clearly to management
• Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when needed
• Work with the team to hit daily performance goals

Requirements

  • Leadership or supervisory experience (preferably in retail, automotive, or service industry)

  • Strong understanding of workplace safety standards

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Physically able to lift moderate weight and stay on feet for long periods

  • Experience managing schedules and shift coverage is a plus

  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to operational excellence
