About the Role



We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical services to all clients receiving ACT team services, which includes medication prescription, administration, monitoring, and documentation; directing psychopharmacologic and medical services; service coordination, including working with the ACT team to monitor each individual’s clinical status and response to treatment; crisis assessment and intervention; symptom assessment and management; individual counseling and psychotherapy; substance use treatment; work-related services; activities of daily living services; social, interpersonal relationship, and leisure-time activity services; support services or direct assistance to ensure that individuals obtain the basic necessities of daily life; and education, support, and consultation to individuals’ families and other major supports. 




  • Supervise all medical/clinical aspects of the services delivered.

  • Identify appropriate evidence-based or emerging best practices therapies to be employed by staff in delivering services.

  • Consult with primary healthcare providers/other providers on the clinical aspects of the clients being served and the implications for those clients’ physical healthcare needs.

  • Coordinate with medical staff of other providers, e.g. state and community inpatient facilities.

  • Supervise all other medical staff on the ACT team

Compensation 



Competitive hourly pay aligned with your role, experience, and contribution, with opportunities for growth over time.




  • Compensation: $62.80 - $80.64



Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.
