Your Clinical Mission

As a part-time Nurse Practitioner in Tallahassee, you’ll be a front-line driver of patient-centered care—bringing sharp clinical judgment and calm confidence to every visit. This mid-level, onsite role exists to keep patients healthier through timely assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive histories and physical exams; diagnose and manage acute/chronic conditions
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Order, perform, and interpret lab, diagnostic, and imaging results
- Prescribe medications/therapies within Florida law and scope of practice
- Provide preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and patient education
- Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and continuity of care; document accurately in the EHR; uphold HIPAA and compliance

Required qualifications/skills:
- Unrestricted Florida RN and APRN licensure; national NP certification (e.g., FNP/AGPCNP)
- DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances) and current BLS
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills; EHR proficiency; 2+ years preferred
