Essential daily duties include:

• Provide care for patients referred for wound care services and regularly review wounds for progress
• Provide innovative biological wound care in the home and nursing home settings
• Interpret laboratory and test results

Qualifications:

• Current Louisiana license required
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of situations
• Wound Care certified preferred, but training is provided
• Hospice and/or Home Health experience preferred
