Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with at least 1+ year of exam experience. This role is exam-focused—no treatment, no prescribing, no ongoing care, and no diagnostic testing outside of standard exam procedures. The practitioner will complete detailed, objective medical evaluations and documentation used for disability benefit determinations.

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough, standardized C&P examinations for Veterans
  • Obtain and document medical histories and physical exam findings
  • Complete all required VA-compliant documentation within specified time frames
  • Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and integrity in all patient interactions
  • Submit accurate electronic records and exam reports through secure portals
Qualifications:

  • Active NP license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience required
  • Comfortable working with Veterans from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong documentation and objective reporting skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Skills

  • Knowledge of VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) exam protocols
