Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Adult Primary Care Provider
- Ability to independently manage patient care with physician oversight as needed
- Experience treating and managing chronic conditions, including:
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- Hyperlipidemia
- Heart Disease
- COPD
- Hypertension
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
