Who We Are
Nurture Pediatrics is a physician-owned independent pediatric practice serving families across Smyrna and Nolensville, Tennessee. We have built something here that is worth protecting — a team that shows up with purpose, a culture grounded in accountability and joy, and a standard of care that our families trust and our staff take pride in. We are not corporate medicine. We are a practice that runs on relationships, and everything we do reflects that.
Our four core values guide every decision we make:
- Love the Person in Front of You
- Take the Time to Listen
- Serve Joyfully
- Work as a Team Toward a Common Goal of Nurturing Families and Staff
Who We Are Looking For
The right candidate is not just clinically excellent — though that matters deeply. They are someone who genuinely loves working with children and families, who communicates with warmth and confidence, and who understands that a pediatric practice runs on trust built one appointment at a time.
You are a strong fit if you:
- Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee in good standing
- Are certified or eligible for certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care
- Have experience in pediatric primary care or a strong desire to build your career in it
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues
- Take ownership of your work and hold yourself to a high standard
- Are mission-driven and culture-conscious — you do not just want a job, you want to be part of something
What We Offer
We invest in our people the same way we invest in our families. Nurture Pediatrics offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, short and long term disability, life insurance, cancer and accident insurance, and paid time off.
Beyond benefits, we offer something that is harder to find — a team that genuinely supports one another, leadership that is accessible and invested, and a practice culture that people are proud to be part of.
