Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment alongside two other experienced Nurse Practitioners. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care focused on primary care services, health promotion, disease prevention, and patient counseling.

Job Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday with half Admin Day mid week as volume builds up.

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver high-quality primary care, including health assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
  • Focus on preventive health, wellness education, and lifestyle counseling
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Nurse Practitioners and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-focused care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Participate in practice improvement efforts and team meetings

Qualifications:


  • Current Nurse Practitioner/PA license and board certification (FNP, ANP, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a primary care setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to holistic, evidence-based care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Knowledge and experience with EclinicalWorks (eCW) EMR is highly desired
