Initially, this position will be scheduled two days per week. As patient demand increases and the clinic continues to grow, there will be opportunities to expand your schedule and increase your income.

What You'll Do

Patient Care

  • Perform comprehensive women's health evaluations and wellness visits
  • Conduct annual exams and preventative screenings
  • Order and interpret laboratory testing
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options and wellness goals
  • Provide hormone therapy management and related services

Help Grow the Practice

  • Build strong patient relationships that create lifelong advocates
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience
  • Support community outreach and practice growth initiatives
  • Contribute ideas that improve operations and patient care
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategies that help expand the clinic

Be a True Partner

  • Work autonomously while collaborating with an experienced team
  • Participate in developing best practices and clinical processes
  • Help create an exceptional culture for patients and staff

Qualifications

  • Current APRN licensure in Kansas
  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Active DEA registration
  • Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with women's health experience considered
  • Prior women's health, gynecology, hormone therapy, or wellness experience preferred
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
