Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the facility's clinical and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall management and operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical services, resident care, and staff development

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and goals to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service

  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting

  • State licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in TN

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
