Experienced Service Advisor – O'Brien Honda of Bloomington

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:

As an experienced Service Advisor, you’ll take ownership of the service lane and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience:

• Greet customers professionally and build immediate trust
• Accurately assess customer concerns and perform detailed walk-arounds
• Write clear and precise repair orders
• Effectively recommend maintenance and repair services
• Communicate timelines, updates, and costs with confidence and transparency
• Coordinate closely with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow
• Manage multiple customers and priorities without missing a beat
• Deliver completed vehicles with a focus on satisfaction and retention
• Consistently meet or exceed performance and sales goals

🤝 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to upsell services ethically and effectively
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED required
