Occupational Therapist | German Centre
$55.00 - $60.00/hour

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, functional abilities, and quality of life.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to enhance activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, mobility, balance, and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families to establish goals and deliver coordinated, resident-centered care.
  • Recommend and train residents and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and fall prevention strategies to promote safe, independent living.
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation, monitor resident progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Current, active MA Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
