As the Driving Instructor, you would be responsible for scheduling and providing driving instruction and assistance with obtaining a state driver�s license to young adults that have qualified for the I am NEXT driving school program.

What you bring to this role:

- A desire to help others become the best they can be while managing a healthy work/life balance.

- Ability to be a team member and thought leader. - Certified driving instructor credentials preferred.

- Prior experience as a driving instructor or in a related field preferred.

- Must pass the Tennessee state permit test.

-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
