This position provides ongoing administrative and compliance support for the company, including document management, permit processing, and coordination with external parties, both during the setup phase and regular operations. The role starts with remote work and transitions to on-site support as operations commence.

Company Background:

The company is a newly established U.S. subsidiary of a foreign publicly listed parent company, engaged in bearing manufacturing and related business activities.

Position Summary:

The Office Administrative Assistant will support the company during its establishment and initial operational phase. The role primarily focuses on administrative and compliance-related paperwork, coordination with external parties, and general office support. During the early stage, the position allows for partial remote work, with a transition to on-site work as operations commence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records
  • Assist with permits, licenses, registrations, and regulatory filings
  • Coordinate with government agencies, service providers, contractors, and advisors
  • Support basic administrative tasks related to accounting, insurance, and payroll documentation
  • Provide general office administrative support during the company setup and operational launch

Work Schedule & Location:


  • January 2026 – April 2026:
  • Remote work permitted
  • Approximately 30 hours per week
  • May 2026 and onward:
  • On-site work required
  • 40 hours per week

Promotion opportunities will be available based on performance once the company is fully operational.
