Job Description
  • Coordinate project startup documentation, including customer information, contracts, bonding requirements, certified payroll requirements, NTO information, compliance portal registrations, insurance requirements, and project-specific reporting obligations.
  • Billing for the vineland location (including AIA format when necessary)
  • Collections for the vineland location
  • Assist with sales orders & inventory tracking (shipping addresses also)
  • Assist with PO tracking 
  •  Lien releases
