🌳 Rockstar Admin / Arborist Assistant

We are growing fast and looking for a high-performing, detail-obsessed, solutions-driven Admin / Arborist Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a key player in building something great.

This is not just an admin job. This role sits at the center of our branch operations — supporting our Sales Arborists, customers, and General Manager while helping us continuously improve how we operate.

What You’ll Own & Drive

Sales & Customer Support

  • Proactively generate leads through outbound calls and follow-up campaigns
  • Prepare and send professional proposals
  • Coordinate and manage multiple Sales Arborist calendars
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on inbound calls
  • Build strong customer relationships and confidently process payments
  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM database

Operations Support

  • Support Sales Arborists with documentation, scheduling, and workflow coordination
  • Ensure paperwork, permits, and internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor call quality and participate in coaching and training sessions

Support the Office and General Managers

  • Act as a right-hand support to the OM& GM in daily branch operations
  • Help track key metrics and ensure operational accountability
  • Assist in implementing new systems, workflows, and process changes
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements
  • Take the lead on rolling out process improvements across the branch
